Karen Rosen and her husband Cecil have been at the Inova Brain Tumor Support Group Meeting for over two years now. Karen has a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech, and her husband was the Head of Research & Development for NASA. Cecil immediately resigned from his position when Karen was diagnosed, and they have both turned all their energies towards Karen’s brain cancer. Several dozen friends and family gathered to support Karen at the Race for Hope. “Karen’s Crew” is just tremendous. They are doing about the most anybody could ask in this fight against brain cancer.
