This is an expression of peace and tranquility on the third day after my brain surgery. While I am in pain and taking all sorts of medication in this photo, I thought how little I cared about the pain. I was alive! I could talk! I could move! Huge successes in a risky surgery. As a result, I only had big smiles remaining on my face.
