| When Doug Rutherford learned about my brain tumor (at midnight on
12/6/04), he immediately reached to his extensive networks, especially within
the drum corps community. This led to a friend we both marched with in 1984,
Brian Wilkie, who vehemently sent me to Dr. Kelly. Doug and I have smiled
this hard and this real at so many mutual victories. We always expect to win
at whatever we do, and we did again. Amen. |
