| 6 days after brain surgery. I look at this picture and I think that I
look a bit "beat up." I had physically trained for 3 months as hard as I
could. I came in prepared for the physical trauma that came with the
territory of brain surgery. This is a painful smile, but I was thinking how
happy I am to walk and talk...how thrilled I am to be alive. I feel like WE
won a tough, tough battle on 5/5/05. This is just my smile after a tough
battle won. |
